    The scoops of rice portions are back to what I expect from L & L franchisees.

    Ordered ahead to avoid the wait. Kid on the phone assured me it'd be ready in 10-11 minutes(got there in about 12) Got to the register after the lady before me payed for her 2-3 orders she called in for pick up she left in seconds.

    Said hey to the guy at the register didn't even look at me then exchanged weird looks with the chubby white lady behind the register with him. Made me a bit uncomfortable. Told him I was there for a pick up. Figured hey single order I'd be in and out like the lady before me. Nope.

    After that exchange lady says to me a couple of more minutes ok sweet not to bad thinking 3-5 mins. Ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes. Guess they decided to make it when I payed the lady at the counter kept eyeing everything I did made me feel super uncomfortable like I wasn't wanted there.

    Walked out a bit to kill some time shes still staring at me through the window. Walk back in after a bit. Pick up a newspaper that was on a seat I was on earlier(shes still eyeing me as I put it on the table). Next thing I hear is "All set man" or whatever he said. Never felt so relieved to leave a place in my life.

    Food was raw ribs and the chicken was pink in some parts had to toss it..But I don't know what they're deal was. On the upside I had macaroni salad, rice and salty steak for dinner. Not, most likely cross contaminated. Thanks for making me waste 11 bucks today. Lets see how I feel tomorrow.

    My favorite Hawaiian restaurant in the area love the teriyaki chicken...chicken katsu...saimin.....mac salad....rice ..everything

    L&L Franchise never fails, great portions and always taste fresh. Unlike the other competitors, they make sure you're happy with every meal you purchase. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra way here to get quality food.

    My one star rating is completely regarding the customer service! Don't get me wrong the food is excellent... but to watch your order taker chew a mouthful of food (not even being able to respond) is unsanitary and completely disgusting! I was completely speechless after what I just witnessed! It's a shame! I don't think I'll be going back for awhile!
